Massive Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

The patient presented with a decreased level of consciousness. A few days prior to admission she was complaining on a headache which started suddenly while eating dinner. CT angiography of her brain revealed ruptured basilar artery aneurism. The patient was schedule for coiling of the basilar artery aneurism.
