Cerebral Aneurysm

The patient presented with a severe headache and dizziness. CT head revealed an intracerebral hemorrhage.

An aneurysmal bleed was suspected. CT angiography of the brain confirmed the presence of a large lobulated anterior communicating artery aneurysm (black arrow on the images above).

The patient was transferred to a referral center for aneurysm coiling.
