The patient presented with abdominal distention and weight loss. CT abdomen showed multiple abdominal masses. The largest mass (see image above) was compressing on his extrahepatic biliary ducts. The biopsy was consistent with B-cell lymphoma. The patient developed icterus due to elevated bilirubin.
